A few months ago, I started working on a new project, just for fun: to create the perfect PDF daily planner to list my daily tasks. Several months later, (I never thought it would have taken so many hours to develop!) I worked a lot to improve the design, and I am now ready to offer it to you for free when you signup for my newsletter!
Don’t worry, I don’t send emails to open. You will probably hear from me 5-6 times during the year and that’s it!
After talking about it for months on my Instagram, today is finally the day where I share the daily planner that I’ve been using in so many reels! I am very happy to be offering you for free this amazing daily planner:
The daily planner
The planner is offered in 6 colors: grey, orange, purple, blue, teal, and pink! On each of them, you will find sections for:

- Add notes during the day or write down any tasks for the coming days you don’t want to forget
- The workout you want to do
- Your mood
- Space to reflect on how your day went – write any success you had during the day!
- Meals and snacks you’re planning to eat
If you want to receive it, just register for my newsletter in the following form!
It has also taken me countless hours to create it, so if you would like to support my work, I would very much appreciate it if you could buy me a coffee (or 2)! You can also donate directly to my Paypal account if you prefer that. If you are in India, Buy me a coffee won’t work – Paypal is your best option. Thank you!
If you have any questions about getting started with the planner, you can leave a comment on this blog post or send me an email, and I will do my best to get back to you promptly!

Frequently Asked Questions
Is it possible to use the daily planner even if I don’t have an iPad or a tablet?
Yes! You can print the planner or use software like Preview on Mac to write directly on the PDF.
You could also print the PDF on paper and insert it in a frame from the dollar store or laminate the printout and use dry erase markers to use it over and over again – every day!
How to use the daily planner on an iPad?
If you want to use it on an iPad, you need to install an app to annotate PDFs – like Notability or GoodNotes. There are also similar free apps, like Kilonotes! Once you download the planner, you will get a compressed .zip file. You’ll need to open it, and you’ll find 3 folders, each containing the planners for the formats available (A4, A5, and Letter). Choose the size that you want, and then open the PDF on your iPad, and you’re ready to go!
Personally, on Notability, I like to use the Letter format.
Does the daily planner only work on an iPad?
Absolutely not! It’s a PDF. Therefore, you can use it anywhere you can open PDF files – especially on devices where you can use a pen to write on the planner directly (or print it!) Import the PDF file to your app of choice and get started planning your day right away.
How to print the daily planner?
You can use the letter format (which is 8.5 x11″) and print it in the color of your choice!
Conclusion
I hope that you will enjoy this first digital product that I created! Again, do not hesitate to ask me any questions that you might have on how to use the planner. I will be happy to help you.
