Looking for new ways to promote your website, business or services? A little while ago, I learned the existence of small and caring communities on Facebook. These groups can be used to promote your blog or services! The results are amazing! Continue reading this article if you want to know my advice on how to use a maximum of groups.
These small communities are popular right now! If you want to do some promoting, Facebook groups are perfect for you! I classified the groups I’m referencing since there are some groups who completely refuse any type of promotion. By cons, being active on these groups, many people have the habit of visiting your Facebook profile…
Make your blog visible on your profile
The trick is to put a link to your blog on your profile so that these curious folks will see your link and be curious enough to visit your blog!
To do like me, just go visit your own Facebook profile and edit your introduction in the left bar, as shown in the picture below:

Women in tech
After I discovered all these groups for entrepreneurs and other professionals (or any passionate people really), I had the idea of creating my own group for women working in technology. In a few days we already have 60 members and it is truly a success!

Stay organized
There are many groups, isn’t it ?! I now keep track of all the days where I need to do some promotion in Todoist, like shown on the image below. Read my blog post about it to create yours too – that’s only if you don’t want to use the template I created for you!
In Conclusion
You do not have to join all the groups listed here. I do not even advise you. Choose some groups where you feel more comfortable and spend more time. Then, the members start to know you and you will build a real relationship of trust.
Quality is always more important than quantity!

Hi Jacqueline, thank you! I’m glad I could help!
Thanks a lot! This is a great blog, I love it! I wonder if you have any tricks to find such groups but for Spanish speakers? Did you just randomly look around? Or did you use specific key words? Thanks in advance!
Hello Regina! I did mostly just look around with a couple of keywords like “blogging”, “blog”, “tips”… You can also look at “You might be interested in” section on Facebook or things like that. Good luck ! 🙂
